THE GRANTORS, Delia C. Beard, single, Elizabeth Hord, single, Clarence P. Bowles and Dorothy Bowles, husband and wife, Don B. Hays and Katharine Hays, husband and wife, Flora Lane and John C. Lane, wife and husband, Dimple Raven and Charles S. Raven, wife and husband, Lela Ethel Bowles, single, Ola Creacy and Emmett Creacy, wife and husband, Olive Constance White, single, Lessie Norman and O.D. Norman, wife and husband, W. M. Hays, single, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR and other valuable consideration the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey and warrant to BERTHA M. HOARD of the County of Harper, State of Kansas, the following described real estate situate in the County of Sumner and State of Kansas, to-wit:-
