Eliza Bowles was the eleventh child of John and Celia (Sally) Bowles. She was born in Kentucky, almost certainly in Barren County, about 1834. There is no indication that she ever married. She continued to live with her parents until her mother's death; then with her father until his death about 1861. After that it appears that she moved in with her brother Henry Bowles by 1870. I have found no additional record of her after that census year.
