Elizabeth Willhite Revel

Obediah and Elizabeth Willhite's daughter, Elizabeth Willhite was born about 1830 according to the 1850 census record for Obediah's family. She married John Revel in Campbell County KY on 28 Oct 1850. [link] They apparently had a son they named John L. Revel about 1853. John L. Revel appears in the 1860 and 1870 census records with his grandparents (see below). We have no other information about either John or Elizabeth, his parents.

James W. Willhite

James W. Willhite was born about 1832 according to the 1850 census which shows his age as 18, living with his parents, Obediah and Elizabeth Willhite in Campbell County KY. We're not sure where James was in the 1860 census, but he appears in Henry County KY in 1870.

James W. Willhite married Sarah Jane McKee on 14 Feb 1871 in Henry County. [1] The 1880 census identifies three children born to them.

James died sometime before the 1910 census. Sarah was living with her daughter at that time, and was identified as a widow. We do not find her in the 1920 census, but have not yet determined her death.

Arthur Willhite was born 14 Jan 1872 and died 22 Apr 1957. [link] He married Odia B. Harlow in Jeffersonville IN on 28 Jul 1897. They had five children who are identified in the following census records.

Levia Willhite was born about 1875 according to census records. She married Robert F. Brawner on 20 Apr 1899 in Henry County. [1] According to the following census records, they had two sons. Levia died on 16 Nov 1954 in Henry County. [KDI]

Fornie Willhite was born 31 Dec 1880 according to her death certificate. However, he appears in the 1880, age 1, so he was likely born in either 1878 or 1879. He died on 27 May 1937.

Fornie married Bettie Adams on 29 Apr 1903 in Henry County. The following census records identify their two sons.

Bettie Adams Willhite was born 7 Aug 1880 in Henry County to John Quincy and Susan Martha (Graves) Adams. Bettie died on 12 Jan 1945 according to her death certificate.

Fornie and Bettie's son, James F. Willhite was born 4 Jul 1906 and died 20 Aug 1991 according to the Social Security Death Index. Their other son, John Adam Willhite was born 11 Feb 1913 [KBI, SSDI] and died 31 Jan 1986. [KDI] Both were living in Louisville when they died.
